★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had the pleasure of working with Kash to sell my elderly father’s home - quickly and a fantastic price! She was very professional, knowledgable, thorough and punctual. Being from out of town, her many contacts from stager, movers, cleaners, junk removal to antique dealers were invaluable. We could never have gotten rid of all the household goods without her and her assistant Rachelle’s help. They really went above and beyond.
Where Kash really stood out though was the kind, patient, caring way she treated my father in a very stressful time for him. She really was concerned for his well-being.
We would be very pleased to recommend Kash to anyone and if I am ever lucky enough to move to Victoria, she will be the first person I call.

When we wanted to see a house, she always got us in promptly - which is critical in this market. My partner is a builder and he appreciated Kash's astute and honest assessment about the homes we viewed. She also has creative renovation ideas! We have confidently sent Kash to several friends who all love her as much as we do. The only down side about having Kash as your realtor is that one day you don't get to spend weekends together when she closes that deal!
