★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love stopping in this place for a quick him. They always get the job done with speed even on weekends. Generally I pop into walmart next door and by the time I'm done browsing my garment is done, and for under $10. The only annoying thing is it's cash only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to this tailors for over 2 years, but the employees never seem to recognize or appreciate me. I have hemmed multiple jeans (length and waist), hemmed dresses (casual and bridal), dry cleaned items, etc.
Last week I brought my jeans to be taken in around the waist. Initial visit the waist band was taken in nice and smooth; however still too lose - pants were sagging by the end of the day. I went back the following day and ask them to take in the waist more, I was able to show her how lose they were. She agreed with no charge. I picked the jeans up a few days later and when I put the jeans on at home I felt a huge 2 bulges of material on my lower back. I looked and instead of making the seam nice and smooth like the initial time she just quickly folded the waist band in and stitched it inside. So now both my jeans have two huge folds on the inside, it is super uncomfortable. It very disappointing since it was their error in the first place. I will be going somewhere else to correct them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked them if they could do an alteration on a jacket... I described what I needed done. They said they could do it. I spend 2 hours driving across the city and back to pick up said jacket... She tells me she "doesn't do that". Wasted my day. While I appreciate that it was beyond her skill set... The wasted time is aggravating.
That being said.. their work is decent and quick... I would just recommend not going out of your way.

Had a hat that was to larger for me and did the repairs like it came as new, I couldn't even tell it was changed. Super job. Thank you.
