They told me it would be done by the afternoon the same day I dropped it off. It wasn't ready at 4PM that day. They told me it would be done the next morning. I returned at noon the next day, and it wasn't ready. Finally got it back the following day at 4PM.
T	TR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend. I took a bridesmaid dress and a flower girl dress to be altered. I asked when I should pick it up by and was told 2 days before the wedding. I went closer to closing time on the date I was told to pick it up and was told "oh sorry, it's not ready yet." I was not impressed as it was 2 days before the wedding and the date she told me it would be ready, nor did I have time to get back to the tailor the day before the wedding. I left my job early and went the day before the wedding to pick up the dresses. The Flower Girl dress had a lipstick stain on the back of it and the bridesmaid dress was completely wrinkled. I asked for her to steam it for me as the wedding was less then 12 hours away. She disappeared for a while and handed me back a wrinkled dress saying "that's the best I can do." $200 for a stained dress, a wrinkled dress that wasn't completed on time.
