About The Cleanery
We can clean and surface dye worn, stained and heavily soiled leather and suede garments to make them look good as new. After cleaning, we apply a weatherproofing solution to help prevent rain marks and stop liquid stains from soaking into the garment.
We recommend cleaning furs at least every 2-3 years and storing them in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. The Cleanery provides both cleaning and off-season storage services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New owner has decided not to honour prepaid dry cleaning cards. Typically owners assume the obligations of the business they purchase, apparently not in this case. Counter staff became quite hostile when I asked for an explanation. You've saved $10 by not honouring the cleaning that I have already paid for, but now you've given up the $500 that I spend annually at your business. In this economy you may want to refocus your customer service strategy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never leave negative reviews but the disdain this cleaner had for doing what was right and obligated left me with a compulsion to warn future patrons.
Mistakes, carelessness and indifferent execution are not permitted yet understandable.
It’s how the owners, The Bolina Family, handled these misgivings that I found most alarming.
Plainly ruining a brand new, with receipt, expensive suede jacket does not require an expert to identify. To be specific, it took but a first glance by one to recognize how ruined it was.
Sadly, in order for the Bolina family to come to terms with their egregious efforts concerning my garment it took 6 full months, a University of Alberta fabric expert and lab technicians expensive full report, and thejr flimsy imitation of a legal document denying accountability outright and resting blame on the dry cleaner (who had no part in cleaning this specialized fabric beyond having faith this third party was up to the task) attempting by force for me to have me sign was the result.
Woefully beyond repair is both the jacket in question and my customer relationship with this business.
The fundamental nature of how they attempted to correct a clear err has left my with great dissatisfaction and I will specifically request any garment of mine never, ever to come cross their shameless enterprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a charming place, as dry cleaners are becoming harder to find good ones like this place should be recognized. Prompt efficient timely. They are not a 1 hr place. So expect to wait the weekend for a Friday drop off. Prices are very reasonable.
