★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the worst place I've lived in. Landlords and rent leaves something to be desired as usual. Laundry is also expensive and clunky: $2.75 each for washing and drying and takes change only, no card and does not give back excess change.
Close proximity to transit, grocery stores, MacEwan University and NAIT.
If your apartment faces the road there's also a non-zero chance of being blinded as the sun peeks through your blinds and windows
