d	dylan bergum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The landlord is an evil woman. She will treat you like a criminal and when you move out will refuse to give you a good reference even though you are a good tenant. Switched from a one bedroom to a two bedroom in a different building in the complex and she didn't tell me the new apartment I was going to move into had BEDBUGS which they just sprayed for. Started moving my stuff in and there were dead bed bugs all over the apartment. AVOID.
R	Richelle Power on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in both types of buildings back between 1998 and 2000. The city view I had from the newer building on the top floors was beautiful. It is interesting to see pictures on their website where most of the updates over the years are a bit of paint, new carpet, bathroom vanity/tile and some laminate flooring -- the rest all looks the same to include the kitchens between both buildings. I will say this that in the tall/newer building, one day before leaving for work the ceiling in my bathroom started to cave in due to water rushing in from above as the maintenance folk were doing plumbing work. Also there was a fire on the ground floor in the same building from the folks who left a pot on the stove that eventually started a fire. The fire department had to come out to extinguish and mitigate the smell --thankfully all of my stuff had been moved out that day as I moved to the US the following day!

Matienence is impressively quick and responsive and they take a proactive approach to prevent issues. They take pride in their property to make sure it is well taken care of in all seasons, from gardening to snow removal. I've never had an issue with anything and was happy to call this place my home.
A	Alexei Ciuchin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid avoid avoid!!! Brazen disinformation from a realtor Olga Melnyk! Answers the phone and messages with a huge delay. Didn't willing to show the apartment by photos or video call. Took the security deposit before my application was approved. The apartment which was prepared for us had a strong smell of chemicals and alive cockroaches. Forced to sign the contract for a 12-month lease. After I saw the apartment didn't sign anything and escaped the apartment the same day. Now they are refusing to return the security deposit, which is 211$. The security deposit is really low and now I know why. Please, avoid!!!

I love how the apartment manager, Olga is so friendly and helpful, which ultimately made my decision to move in a lot easier. The application process was fast and easy. The apartment itself is so spacious. I will continue to refer others here. You won't be disappointed.
