★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at 406 Carlton Lodge with Outpost. Our experience was amazing! Communication was great, self check-in was clear and easy. The unit we stayed in was thoughtfully decorated, had an incredible view, and was very clean. I'd stay with Outpost again in a heartbeat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An extended stay with responsive service from the Outpost team when any deficiencies in unit found eg no cleaning provided but, purchased broom and vacuum and sink stopper missing so provided a drain catcher. Also, quiet and BC gondola ski/walk out accessible. I like the self service ski locker (no waiting for valet as required at larger condos). The one bedroom unit was very efficient (lots of storage in hall closet and extra room (office/makeup/laundry).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second stay with through Outpost. They have an amazing staff that responds to any issues right away. The room we stayed was very clean and organized. It was a bit dark due to being next to a grove of trees. In the middle of winter, it would not have even been noticed, I suspect. We plan to consult Outpost on our next trip to Whistler. The customer service is exceptional.

Our unit (115) had everything we needed and little we didn’t. The hosts had thoughtfully left a good range of amenities (coffee, salt & pepper, etc) that made settling in very convenient (ever tried to buy a small package of table salt?). The kitchen was well set up with plenty of sharp knives and even 3 sizes of frying pan. We really appreciated the boot room and separate dressing room. These helped keep outside gear in one spot, and allowed a bit more room to spread out. We really liked the modern decor and it was a lovely space to relax at the end of each day.
