★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We supposed to renew or re-rent the bachelor apartment for 1 year term, which original cost 795 per month, but when we decided to rent 12 months terms, they told us will pay 945 per month. It is totally unfair and cheating us. Because they have a lot of one bedroom left, they want us to move there will be more good deal when compared to bachelor. But one bedroom apartment, which not cheap, even 12 month rent cost 1020 per month. I found they post the price in the website and discount , which not match real price in University of Tower Apartment. They are scam you. They told you each floor increase 30 or 40 dollar, but when I asked little bit lower floor, then only 10 dollar different. I don't know they do the math.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was built earlier. At present, houses are being built on both north and south sides, which have certain effects, such as dust and noise. Therefore, I hope the Lessor will consider giving some benefits.
The main reason for choosing to rent a house is that it is close to the office and the internal facilities basically meet the needs of life. More importantly, Miss Winnie, the building administrator, has strong business ability, can handle all kinds of emergencies and arrange maintenance in time. The work of her and the maintenance team made up for the deficiencies caused by some old facilities in the building. So I give five-star praise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience in this building. All staff are very friendly and helpful especially Winnie who is the agent of there. Whenever we had any issue, she fixed it promptly. She is really supportive and friendly with tenanats that made me feel comfortable there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !extremely extremely unsafe and unclean. the people who are running main street are corrupt. they will turn off their phones or hang up on you instead responding to maintenance calls. there is constant break ins and the mail room, hall ways, and laundry room gets trashed every other day. you’re lucky if your apartments appliances and the building amenities work at all. i can’t stress enough to avoid this company for your own safety and well being. they are really dangerous. don’t be fooled by the replies to the reviews on here that say to reach out and that their team will take care of things. its totally fabricated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winnie was so helpful when looking for an apartment for my son attending U of A. Being out of town she face timed me so I could see the unit and the proximity to school. I appreciate all she did to help from move in to move out!! Only one elevator was working on move out day and Winnie was quick to get the others going. I felt a whole lot better knowing the building was secure and a safe place for a student to live on their own.

Her communication to tenants is great even if she don't speak same language she goes above and beyond so we understand. She gets things done. I'm super happy to have her as our landlord

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just moved into my apartment a few days ago so I can't say longterm yet what management is like. However Aussie was my rental agent and I'm VERY happy with his assistance. I was in an unexpected situation, and he helped me get an apartment within a couple days. The unit even met some of my desires, which is impressive. He is a responsive and considerate person who really cares! I am grateful for his work. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a quiet and comfortable apartment, away from noise, overlooking, and friendly to animals. The staff were polite and friendly and were always the first to help me out. So I recommended my friend to rent here. Luckily, I felt at home.
