★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is poor, and contacting the management company never amounts to anything because they don’t bother responding. People allowed to do anything and management never does anything about it.
Only one way, dead end street that is ALWAYS blocked by construction across the street. Very noisy every day. Don’t be fooled by the new building!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived just over a year we moved out the worst management ever the building keeps getting broken into . Too many dogs ? They run it like a condominium and is not over charge you for a light bulb $150. For over the stove also a screen for your window $150 damaged by a bird ? main floor has no security rented storage rooms get broken in lost a lot of property the security cameras are not working and the mailbox has been crow bared also the front and back door the utilities you pay for water then hot water power and the heat the manager is not a certified so this was the worst place and they are building a 8 floor across the street the noise is terrible all day long from 6am till 6 pm never mind the heaters running all night . I would not even give them one star give 5 years and the place will be like a slum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing building, really clean. New building with a nice and understandable manager always trying to help and understand everybody with any questions. We had a good experience with living here for 6 month and have friends who lives there and likes it.
One bad thing about the building there is construction noise across the street which is a little bit annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a nice building, I asked the new manager to help maintain a few things in my suit and she was very helpful and very quick to respond. A very nice area to live in, close to Downtown and has a nice park to walk with your dogs if you live with any pets.
The roads are horrible around the building and The City of Edmonton doesn't take a good care of it and there isn't enough parking spots available and some construction noise but it will hopefully be over soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get jaded by the look of the building. Yes, it is a nice building and the units are nice. However, it's way over priced.
The construction across the street starts at 7am everyday till 9:00pm. the amount of noise complaints that have been made is crazy, Still nothing has been done about this. Also, So many people trying to break in, it's very unsafe here.
To top it off the new landlord for this building is terrible. I've had 2 friends move out and they never receive there full damage deposit back. They over charge for everything!!! She is also super strict and not kind at all.
I have lived in many rental units in the past and never have i ever cared about taking the time to write a review about the place I live in. However, I personally think people need to read the reviews before living here.
Do not recommend living here!
