★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible move-in experience. The suite was not cleaned and the damages to the suite weren't repaired. We had to request emergency maintenance request on our first day.

Please refer to the photos below. Willing to take down this review if issues were addressed as we already relayed this to the manager to no avail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So on our very first day of move-in the situation of the unit was:
The entire bathroom was so dirty. The wall tiles were full of dark old grout and molds. The tub was so old if they couldn't replace then reglaze it at least, the surface was discolored and the drain was super rusty. The medicine cabinet is so old and rusty they didn’t even bother painting it to hide it at least. The heat register is full of dust and crumb. The state of the kitchen was gruesome. Very greasy and when we check the side of the stove it was full of oil splatters. We were told by the manager that the painting is only done on the outer surfaces, not the insides of the kitchen cabinets and insides of storage rooms (regardless of the foul smell, and chips on paint). I do not think this is true because it was not what we experienced on our very first move in back in 2017.
ON OUR FIRST DAY we had to request emergency maintenance because the toilet was backing up. Imagine that, couldn't use the toilet on the very 1st day. The stress of cleaning the suite when we should not have to and then we had to deal with this? This is the worse move-in experience we’ve had.
