I've taken clothes to her to show her and she will tell me if it's worthwhile to alter or if it's going to be too expensive. The door is locked and you have to ring the doorbell because unfortunately, she's had thefts.

She kept in contact via phone calls as to the progress.
Once I received the items that needed repair, I was truly blown away. It was flawless.
Kind. Genuine. Professional.
