I was going on a last minute ski trip and these guys helped me out right quick to get some contacts.

Professional, courteous, compassionate and a great sense of humour describes everyone who works at North Town Optometry...including the delightful receptionist! Highly recommended. KUDOS to their safety and sanitary procedures during Covid-19. IMPRESSIVE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for many years. Favorite so far. Will not deal with Hakim optical due to bad service, not honoring purchases at other locations. Have had the opposite here, returned boxes of lenses and had nothing but help with work forms and everything else I need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Omar El-Houchaimi is a great optometrist. He takes his time with his clients and makes sure they feel that their concerns are important. I went for an eye exam, and I was able to ask as many questions as I felt to be necessary, without Dr. E ever getting irritated or trying to rush me. At the end, we spoke about contact lenses, and when I expressed to him that one of them did not feel right, he got me a different pair and encouraged me to go for a 10 minute walk to see how my eyes adjust to them, so that if they still felt uncomfortable, he could give me a different pair to try. He also was not trying to push me to purchase contacts right away, suggesting me to instead see how they feel for the day and If I am satisfied, I can call so they can order some for me :). He also made sure to find the cheapest contacts online and then matched their price. Not to mention, the two beautiful ladies at the front desk were also very nice!

They were able to fit me into an appointment at a moments notice and gave me the most accurate prescription I have EVER received. If you need glasses or contacts I highly recommend northtown optometry. 10/10
