S	Suzanne Allemeier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a taxi last night for pick up at 5:45am to get to the airport. Checked the app at 5:40 and no cabs anywhere near N Van. Called in and they said they’d send a car but it would be 10-15 min. When I asked what the point of prebooking a pick up time on the apps was, dispatch said “you’re supposed to leave extra time”. PSA - call ahead. Edit- when I called again to confirm and asked the dispatch to be honest - she said there was no car coming. Thank goodness I’d booked an Uber after the first call or else I would have missed my flight.
L	Luna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ North shore Taxi: A pathetic excuse of a company I booked a cab on their website online, got a confirmation email and a price estimate. I waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up. Gave them a call and spoke to an extremely rude and unpleasant man. I was told I never made a reservation, and I must be mistaken since they only have an app, not a website ??‍♀️ The representative tried to gaslight me into thinking I never booked anything, and that they don't even have a website while the email and site is pulled up in front of me... He said they have no drivers for the next 40 minutes, and suggested I book an Uber instead. Really? When I questioned his customer service he pretended the call was cutting out and hung up on me. I am never, EVER, using North Shore taxi again. Spare yourself the headache and book an Uber, even they know they're outclassed.
A	Alex Cherniavskii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hold on to your receipts and document your payments - I took a cab late at night and I got charged double (2 times 75$) because the driver took my cash AND fully charged me on card when I asked to cover the rest on card. Total scam artists, and the managers won't even call you back after promising to talk to you about it (That is, if there even is a manager in). Terrible business.
R	Roopesh Ramklass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience! I had booked my taxi to YVR a week in advance and waited for my taxi which never arrived. I called and eventually the dispatcher rudely informed me that it was my fault that none of their drivers accepted the assignment since my address was not clear. This is nonsensical since I have used the same address with them in the past. How about confirming with me before the day of my flight if you are not sure about where to pick me up from, instead of sending me a confirmation email and leaving me high and dry? Very happily taking an Uber now, and will not be using North Shore taxi in future.

Today I went to Toyota north shore for service ask them to call me for a taxi , this taxi came driver told me you can not get in the car with your coffee and gone quickly !!!! I Waite there for another taxi call taxi north shore to send other taxi but still waiting for 40min !!!!! I can not be at my work on time today because of them There is no right customer service in taxi north shore !!!!! For sure I prefer Uber next time
R	R Shahi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great taxi company! Extremely helpful and reliable. They even picked me up from a remote area near a mountain spot. They took my call in a timely manner and immediately dispatched a driver who was there in 30 minutes to pick me up. Forever grateful for their help and service that day! Also reasonable pricing unlike uber/lyft. Highly recommend.
S	Suzanne Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While visiting North Vancouver in December we utilized North Shore TAXI on six occasions. On each trip we were able to get a taxi quickly by phone. On one occasion we actually booked a time and they were very reliable. The cabs were clean. The drivers were friendly and knew where we were going based on our destinations. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to download the taxi app due to my phone version but this is something you might want to set up. I really liked their text communications letting me know where my taxi was and how close it was for my pick up. All in all we had a good taxi experience in North Vancouver with North Shore taxi service
M	Michael Sciberras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the drivers was honking at me to go faster in deep cove in a 10 km zone ?. He then cut me off at a stop sign and blew the sign, only to jam his brakes further down the road and block the whole road to pick up his fare. Totally disrespectful and a terror on the roads. The photo added is this dumb driver blowing the stop sign on the wrong side of the road in deep cove.
