โ โ โ โ โ I used cab #55 with Inder and he was a great conversation, got me home fast with gentle conversation. The van was clean and smelled nice and he was very respectful. I value the service and recommend anyone who needs a reliable ride to go to Inder (cab#55).

โ โ โ โ โ I called for a cab and my kids were making a lot of noise and without letting me talk the operator yelled at me toy shut them up and hung up on me. I was like WHAT?? ???PLEASE GUYS DONโT USE VANCOUVER CAB!!! USE UBBER or any other company!!! I had to use this company because my car was in the shop and I had the voucher. I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Driver tried selling me on a cash only service to screw both myself and the company.
This ride was at around 12:30am front Granville Street Vancouver to Coquitlam BC.
Driver started by asking me for $75 cash only in his words, to get me home. I brought up the Uber app and it was $34 (I have receipted). Driver kept trying to tell me โ$75 was a great deal!)
It was not, Uber cost $34 and the total Taxi ride was $54. The driver thek proceeded to get ANGRY with me for not tipping. I told him EXACTLY what I did not tip citing how he had tried to screw me.
If I were at this company I would not accept this man working for me. Come in Vancouver we can do better.

โ โ โ โ โ Drivers can't get off their phones long enough to do their job. They end up taking the longest routes, miss turns, drive slow and can't even find addresses. You're seriously better off taking transit

โ โ โ โ โ Charge rate is definitely reasonable for the distance youโre going for.
In terms of COVID-19 protocol, driver wears mask through the duration of the commute and has a plexi glass dividing driver and passenger.
Just find their automated scheduling service on the phone to be confusing, with no confirmation that the taxi is set to come or has arrived.

โ โ โ โ โ Yellow cab has always been less than reliable. Iโve given them a chance for about two weeks now after being with Uber for a long time. Today, I confirmed with the operator that my three plants and other belongings would be okay to fit inside the cab. They confirmed that it would be okay. The taxi driver arrives with an attitude and refused to put any of my stuff in the back seats with me. Plants would go in the trunk. He refused and said he will order me a van which would take 30th - hr. I explained to him that I already confirmed with his company that all of this would be okay. He started talking trash at me as I walked away and when I asked him to repeat it, he said good luck getting a cab. I told him Iโd call Uber and he said good luck and started cussing at me. I called black top cabs and told them the exact same thing I told Yellow Cabs - they had no issues! Moral of the story - DONT CALL YELLOW CABS! CALL BLACK TOPS CABS ?

โ โ โ โ โ Finally downloaded the Lyft app only to learn there were no cars available at 3:30 a.m. Called Vancouver Taxi and they dispatched a cab to my address immediately. Arrived right on time. Driver was very courteous. Cost way less than the Lyft quote. Great job guys!
