★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service I recieved from downtown Nissan's Parts and Service department. Last week, I was stuck downtown with a broken windshield wiper and was nervous to drive too far. I called downtown Nissan and Lenny let me know to come to Nissan (which was close by) when I finished work. The service was superb! Everyone was kind and quick to help. Lenny attended to my car right away and threw in a bonus car wash. Great experience!

I got my car stolen and was desperately in need of one with no new car available in the next few months. Nimesh, sales manager, was a great in sales and got it delivered on time before the promised time. His approach was professional, reliable and friendly. Samantha was very helpful with the finance. She was very informative on what I was signing. I would recommend Nissan Downtown Toronto to everyone. Had a great time visiting ....

As someone who is used to dealing with Porsche dealers, I am truly impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a vehicle for my mother from Victor. We had some initial issues after the car was delivered but Victor went above and beyond to ensure my mother was happy and satisfied. He even picked my mother up to take delivery of the car. The true measure of a dealership's commitment to customer service is not what they do to get you to buy the car but what they do after they have been paid. Clearly this dealership cares about the service they provide their clients. I will recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to buy a Nissan and Victor as a salesperson who will do whatever it takes to make you happy.

My sales person Mikhael went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I live almost two hours away from the dealership but I was well informed about everything and he made sure the trip to Toronto would be very smooth. And the financial paper signing with both Omar and Samantha was great. Very friendly and clear on what I was signing. And, furthermore, we are loving our new Kicks and Sentra. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Pathfinder 2022 from the dealership this month. Nimesh was excellent and gave us a full overview of the features. The pricing was very straight forward, and did not exploit the seller's market. Got the delivery in 2 days and overall a very positive experience. I hate stepping foot inside Toronto Downtown but if needed, I'll make an exception for Nissan Downtown :)
