I am so glad I suffered horrible sales service at this Nissan Richmond dealership, or my wife may never have bought her new Honda. I went to test drive a Nissan Sentra for her in 2015, as she's too busy to shop herself. After viewing a news story regarding dealerships photocopying driver's licence info to gain personal financial data and negotiating leverage, I explained what I saw and inquired how it might be possible to test drive a vehicle without going through this step. In other words, they can see my licence, but not photocopy it. I was immediately rudely dismissed, which I am now eternally grateful for. The new, top of line Honda Civic we've had the last two years has been wonderful.

Nissan Canada are promoting the Nissan Leaf Plus but they have shipped all their inventory to Europe leaving the Canadian market dry all because they can get $5000 more per car there. I have been told I have to wait until Feb 2020 for a car I ordered plus the price is going up; the Nissan Customer Promise means nothing. I was really looking forward to getting a Leaf Plus, now I need to look at other manufactures.

I will "NEVER" buy Nissan anymore... I m having a 2017 Nissan SUV... and it is SO BAD... I couldn't start up the engine and it said can't detect my key... so I took my car to Richmond Nissan Service department... and they couldn't find out what problem with my car..they just guessing... told me Maybe the battery problem or Maybe something else... what?? You can't fix your own brand's car??. Then they charged me $180 for doing nth.... and my car still having the same problem.... so I went to another location of the Nissan service department.. and they changed the battery... but guess what ...the Problem is still there...and even getting worse... it show can't detect my key while I was driving.. I was so scare... imagine when you were driving and suddenly your dashboard show it can't detect your key... Stay Away With Nissan

So we bought a nissan leaf brandnew i just pick it up 3 days ago, the car was great runs smoothly as expected but today we noticed that the air vent on the passenger side is not moving when you try to adjust it up and down, the dealership that i bought the car is helping now, even asking me if we put an air freshner to it, we dont use air freshner since my nose has issues with hard smells plus if you smell the car, it still smells so brandnew as this is a 3 day old car. Any way dealership told me that they are going to order the part and will hopefully arrives after one week, i was really disappointed as this is my 3rd car we bought and this is the first time i've experience a brandew car with some defect in it. I know this is minor but this is a 40K car and im really expecting better, as we are financing this for 7 years. Now im really concerned that there will be some other defect that i might not know now and will pop up in the future. This is our first nissan car and the experience so far is disappointing, im really hoping this car will be as reliable as my toyotas

Disgraceful customer service. Brand new Nissan Kicks AC had no charge from the time of purchase but we were unable to go to the shop due to the pandemic and work. When we were finally able to get it in the shop we were told that the AC warranty had expired and that the extended warranty we purchased didn’t cover recharging the AC. Don’t purchase from Nissan especially the Kicks. It’s been a fiasco from start to finish.

GREAT NISSAN WARRANTY Can't believe what they told me that my Rogue tail light is designed to have water condensation and they claimed this is normal condition and decline my warranty claim. even worst, I'm a Loyal Nissan customer, but they don't care at all. Bought all my 3 Nissan brand vehicle, never look to other brand and guess what this is a treatment that I got??? what a pitty with their great name, I don't think I'm gonna ever buy Nissan anymore, what choke me also that I just bought a new Nissan Nov last year. what a great disappointment for me as a result of great service from Nissan Canada????

I bought a Nissan Kicks in 2019 and it was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. I got it brand new and I drove it home (about 5 mins from the dealership) and in that time, the check engine light came on. There has been problem after problem after problem and the only bright spot has been the service department in Abbotsford. Nissan has refused to make it right for 3 years and now I’m paying a loan on a car that I don’t feel safe in and I never know when the next problem is going to pop up. No new car should have this many problems. I will never buy a Nissan again because of my experience with how they treat their customers and don’t make it right when substandard vehicles are given out. I used to love Nissan, this is my second. I will not recommend Nissan ever again.

I purchased my 2015 rogue ,new, at the beginning of 2016. In October of 2019, I had to take it in to get the drains for the sunroof cleared, as water was getting into the cabin. Two years later, almost to the day, I had to go back in. When it first happened, I did some research, and discovered that I wasn't alone, and Nissan has know about this problem for some time, but refuses to acknowledge that it is a design flaw, and their fault. Even if I had to pay for the maintenance on a regular basis, it would have been better than not discovering the problem until water was soaking the inside of the car. I am totally disappointed. I'm not going to get into the issue with the air conditioner here, but it too has been a problem with a lot of owners, and again, Nissan refuses to deal with it. 1st and last Nissan.
