Customer service staff and sales staff go beyond the call of duty to make you feel special and it doesn't hurt that they have great deals. Everyone should check it out next time you are shopping for a vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased more than a dozen vehicles in my life but getting my Tuscon from Neddy's Hyundai in North Bay has been by far the best and most pleasant experience ever! Friendly and knowledgeable staff all around. I was given all the information I needed and all my questions were answered without me feeling like I was getting tangled up in a lot of legal and technical mumbo jumbo leaving me feeling lost. All thumbs up from me to the whole team :-)

Have had great experiences with the dealership's sales and service department. Friendly and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked up my new car a couple of weeks ago and the team at North Bay Hyundai went above and beyond to make sure the entire process went smoothly. Lucio was there to answer any of my questions and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed in a car and Nicholas in finances was a joy to talk to and eased any of my worries or questions when it came to the financing. I have been dealing with this dealership for a few years now and would recommend it to anyone! I always feel welcomed and appreciated whenever I step through their doors :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently purchased my second hyundai and I think it's safe to say it will be my last. I had some issues with my Santa fe and they gave me a hard time with paint issues so I paid out of pocket elsewhere to get it fixed. Now with my elantra it's been a constant battle with a recall that wasn't done at no fault of mine. Neddy's showed zero interest in helping me trade my suv in so I went to an out of town dealership and now show zero interest in helping me now. They are also giving me the runaround for 80$ they owed me since the start of April, they refused to help fix my car without charging me because when my brand new car overheated on the hwy it HAD to be towed to a different dealership that was closer and THEY messed up fixing my car so Neddy's didn't want anything to do with me until I cried. I also realize It's only 80$ but I paid for the extended warranty, my experience with hyundai is supposed to be stress free for 7 years and I've been waiting patiently and keep getting different excuses from the dealer for 1.5 months. Now there's a chrome piece on my front bumper chipping after driving it for 5k and I am too scared to go in and talk to them in fear that I'll be blamed for it and they won't do anything to fix it like my Santa fe. I once loved my Hyundai, I now hate my car and have only just bought it in February. I do not recommend.
