I must praise Kevin Fair for his excellence in the entire sales process. My car did take nearly 8 months to arrive in special order, but from the very first text, Kevin did everything to make sure I came first in the car buying experience. Couldn't recommend more.

I went to Kingston Hyundai on Saturday, October 2/21, in need of a new vehicle. Rob in sales met me at the door, and after 3 test drives I chose my new Hyundai! The service was professional, and friendly, and super easy. I would recommend going there for certain!! I was treated with respect, and the environment there is relaxed, clean, and friendly. Thursday October 7/21, my car was spotless and ready for pick up. Kyle in finance handle the paperwork with ease, and within no time I was off in my new wheels!! Going back for services on my vehicle when needed! Thanks Hyundai and staff!!

I am very satisfied with Kingston Hyundai. The staff is lovely to work with, they are very good in the communication section of getting my vehicle serviced. They don’t push you to get more than what you came for, which never happens anywhere else it seems. Services don’t take forever and everything is explained in detail, and price is given beforehand. The atmosphere is very open, and clean and they follow Covid protocol very well. Oh, and they have delicious complimentary coffee, tea and water! Thank you Kingston Hyundai!

Wonderful experience with the service department and Sean the manager. Had my son's Veloster get a new engine under warranty and they went above and beyond to help him and work with Hyundai to have it covered. Other service departments in Kingston should get a lesson or two on how to treat customers from these guys. Once again thank you it was truly appreciated.

Had an issue with our key fobs and my husband took our extended warranty paperwork into the dealership. He explained what was wrong and said we had an extended warranty . The employee at the front desk took our warranty paperwork to someone else in the dealership and came back and said it was covered so they would order the part needed. The vehicle went in to be fixed, one employee said there was a charge and another said it was under warranty. We didn’t get charged but 2 weeks later got a call asking that we bring in our warranty paperwork again as the warranty claim was denied. I took the paperwork in only to have the gentleman who looks after warranty claims read from my own paperwork exactly what is cover and then to point out on his paperwork that the part wasn’t covered. I took time off work only to be insulted and humiliated, as I’m an educated individual who is quite capable of reading a warranty document. I explained that neither my husband or I said it was covered, but 2 different personal from the dealership had said it was covered. I was upset and told him I would pay the bill and he said they would take care of it this time, implying that my husband and I routinely try to get non warranty services covered without paying. I have never been treated so poorly at the dealership. After 17 years and 4 new vehicles, I will never go to the dealership again.

Fab experience all round. Simon, my salesperson was friendly and informative. Marlen in finance is simply amazing. I am a repeat customer because I always feel I am well looked after. Barb in the service department is a gem. I highly recommend checking out Hyundai Kingston of you are looking for a new or used car.

The salesman was patient and helpful. We found the perfect car for us and all the steps taken by the service department and the young lady who facilitated the sale were helpful. And we did negotiate a break on some items. I am from Toronto and would go there again it was such a pleasant experience.
