★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The heavy truck service division is amazing. The service advisor is great to deal with and they actually didn't do certain things I requested after they check the truck and advised me it wasn't time yet! When does a service place turn down charging you extra?? I was impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked up my Bronco Outerbanks on Saturday and I couldn't be happier with the service at Petrie Ford (well worth the drive from Ottawa). From the moment Elise picked up the phone I knew I was in good hands. A lot of dealers are marking up the Bronco msrp astronomically but Lisa and Elise both guaranteed that would not happen and it didn't! I highly encourage anyone looking for a Ford (especially the Bronco, WOW!) to get to Petrie Ford, you won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved here from Alberta last summer and originally used another local dealer to service my new truck, but was met with rather cold service and left unsatisfied. Called the Petrie Ford service desk and immediately noticed the staff were accommodating and knowledgeable.
I ended up coordinating my visit with Rochelle in the truck repair shop, and she answered all of my questions quickly and honestly. It's a good feeling when you walk out of a dealership feeling like you're in good hands and not spending more than you have to.
The service guys are SUPER friendly, courteous, and went over the top for my truck. There was a small issue with an expensive piece of wood trim that was broken when they replaced my in cab air filter, but they took full responsibility and replaced it, the next business day, without question.
If you haven't been here, I would highly suggest trying it out. Service feels kind, which is rare nowadays.
