This is my first service on the vehicle since purchase and my first time at the service department in Kingston. I came early because of my work schedule and they were able to get me through an oil change and winter tires before lunch so I could get home to my puppy. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and kind - it was truly a pleasure!

After the purchase, though, we had two separate problems with the vehicle and called them multiple times. The used car manager did not once return our calls. I imagine they would care more if we had bought a new Honda, but at least for us, I hoped for better.
