★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to MotoSport to purchase/pick up a Honda generator and left with a 2021 Road Glide Unlimited. Great up-sell if you ask me! John was the gentleman who spoke with me about the bike for over an hour. I was buying the bike as a surprise for my husband's 55 bday and retirement but I wasn't sure if it was really what I wanted. John did not pressure me in the least, he actually understood what I was saying and supported me. The next morning I called him and said yes I wanted to do this and from that moment on the support I received from both John and Amanda was beyond reproach. They helped me orchestrate the surprise and delivery of the bike for my husband on his bday which was also a Saturday, not only that but they were accommodating about the time frame I wanted this all to happen. Thank you to the gentleman who delivered it as well! I didn't get his name, there was so much going on and the shock my husband was in, I didn't ask, I apologize. I would highly recommend going in to speak with John even if you're only dreaming at this point, there will be no pressure to purchase. I am so thankful to the staff for making this all come together. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an absolute JOKE to deal with. Went into the store on a Friday, was told 5 to 10 business day, to order a part. In talking with other Honda riders later that day, the group told me of a better place to order Honda parts. Called to cancel my order on Saturday. The part is not even here yet. But being charged a 20% restocking fee on the Honda part. It was "special" order because they do not carry the part. Thought this place was Honda/ Harley Davidson dealer.
On a side note, the price from them was more than double the price from the other supplier and I already have the part. Buyer BEWARE. Might think they are the only game in town for Honda's.

I was lucky and found a 2022 CRF450RL was in stock, had a couple super pleasant conversations with Steve H. purchased the bike - was told it would be put together, checked over and delivered to my cottage 3 days later and sure enough - it arrived - right on time - running like a top. Super bike and great staff to deal with. Very professional, easy to deal with and straight-up-dealer. 5 Stars (and the bike is super too!) If you want a new bike get it here!! They also beat some other prices out there on the same bike - by several hundred bucks (some dealers are going "over sticker" due to supply woes) which is impressive these days.

John in sales bends over backwards to make a deal work for you, with years of riding experience and Richard is a nice guy to help you out as well. There's nothing like riding a Harley. Go get one!
