Tammy was amazing to deal with, answered all questions and I was able to pick bike up exactly when they said. Great atmosphere in store and everyone friendly. Check them out. I will definitely be back.

Always willing to answer questions and was patient and still is connected. NOW This place has been nothing but problems to deal with customer service wise. At the beginning we had issues with our skid plate and they turned the blame back on us. We took it. Whatever. We have been waiting on a return they keep giving us the run around and trying to divert the blame to " head office" The manager Rick never answers a call or calls back, emails are ignored. We have been waiting for "cheque in the mail" for over 6 weeks of constant calls and emails ignored. They are a straight up mess customer service wise. I would return the bike if it was within the time frame at this point but they have put us off for so long that it's past 14 days and god forbid we have to wait for a cheque in the mail. Oh and did I mention this was an all cash deal? What a joke. So disappointing. Do not recommend unless you are wanting a good cat and mouse chase for service.

After texting back and forth with Dylan trying to find a unit that was actually there he just stopped replying so I took my business to another dealer and bought a 1000 cc atv from there. Customer service means sales... Ignoring paying customers means you lose the business.

After spending $30,000 on a new SxS and brand new trailer, I'm still being charged $300 for the first service. That's a bit greedy to me but I have to uphold the warranty that I paid A LOT for.

The bike i bought was supposed to have all sorts of extras. I cant even get the guard for under my machine You guys are lying crooks.

This not all then he went over my bike my expect service cost vip program I got this guy was amazing in every detail. The dealership is just a fun place too be I now got my first service and the service manager was a real pro and the cost was what I expected I have own and purchase many ATV over the years but my wife and I have never been more impressed with the machine the sales and service it had too be said great job Throttle Powersports

They were great to deal with and they do amazing work, they were very quick to get my service done and my side by side back to me, I’m very impressed with the customer service from everyone at this dealership. The purchase was stress free, Dylan was very helpful and David made sure I was well looked after when it came to service. I highly recommend this dealership
