β β β β β I am not the type to write reviews, however, we were so impressed with Sue and her team, I feel I need to share our experience. After returning home from surgery, we were unable to get help in the home though the LHIN, I was recovering from a hip replacement and my wife has severe arthritis and spinal degeneration, making it very difficult for her to assist me with getting around the house and bathing. We called Right At Home Kingston. Although we live near Campbellford, Sue came to our home that day, reviewed the entire process with us and had her PSW in our home later that same day - I was finally able to shower!!! The PSW, Anne, was very good. She was always on time when expected, she was professional and caring. Anytime we had questions, Sue was available for us. Sue is a rare person, she genuinely cares for her patients. We would never hesitate to highly recommend Right At Home Kingston to anyone who needs home care. Ask for Sue!!!

Sue responded to us immediately, and she answered our many questions with knowledge, understanding, and compassion. She provided us with an excellent caregiver within days, and our parents are now well supported in their home, which was always their desire. Right at Home has brought well-being to our parents and our entire family.

β β β β β Sue and the staff at Right @ Home are amazing. I had a client who was in desperate, urgent, need of proper homecare. From the moment I contacted Sue, I knew this client would be in good hands. They were able to start care almost immediately, accommodate this client's changing schedule and needs and keep me constantly posted as to how things were moving along. When the client made some major life changes, Sue and her team her able to quickly modify her plan of care.
The client was always happy with her service. The workers were friendly, diligent and organized.
I would always recommend Right@Home to anyone who is looking for reliable, trustworthy, organized and compassionate homecare services.
