T	Tom T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with this gym for several years now. Staff are very friendly and professional. Members are also creating nice ambiance. Equipment are taken care of well. Quality of personal trainers and instructors are also good. I have been in other gyms, but this is still one of my favorites.
J	James Friesen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym! Clean, helpful staff, and good gym etiquette among members. Loved the boomerang points which gave $1.20 back to your account for every visit of 30mins or more. I believe you have to be 25 or younger to receive this perk.
L	Lynne Ionita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good amount of machines and a sauna in the changing rooms. It's a medium-sized gym. The staff are polite and nice. It's really clean. They also give good activities. My biggest issues stems with the membership options and flexibility, and the price. Their not in my budget, and while the program offers money in return, I wish they offered a flat rate with nothing special. Their also not flexible with what you've paid: I can not transfer sessions I have fully paid to someone else, something some gyms in Montreal allowed. The gym did not work for me for what they offered in the pricing range and flexibility, being stuck on a 1 year contract is not great, but it might work for others.

The basic membership is reasonably priced and you can use the Boomerang reward program to reduce your membership fee and/or purchase products. Staff are welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. A great environment to work out in regardless of your age.

The dumbbells are falling apart, some of the seats have rips in them, and one of the pulley machines had one of the rails falling off last time I used it. Also, there are only 4 spots to do free weights. If you go during a busy time, it’s very hard get a spot.

Everytime I go I never really have an issue with finding places to exercise or waiting for something I want to use. The cleanliness for me is what is stopping me from giving this location a 5 star rating

Left my contact info in order to receive a follow up call...and nothing so far. The gym itself is not bad, solid equipment, decent amount of space. Can get crowded during rush hour. Also, found it funny that they continued to charge me even when the gym was closed during the pandemic.
