Noticed unwanted transactions on my card, brought it to the attention of this branch and they did everything they could and ended up being able to get all my funds reimbursed....seriously satisfied with this branch

Went to access the safety box at 1:30pm and it says Saturday closes at 4pm and they were closed, I asked if the hours were correct and one of the employees that was sitting inside chatting with her colleagues said yes and she rudely said if you really need to bank go to Plateau... then I did and I switched BMO as they were not sitting around doing nothing during business hours, will be closing my account Monday as this is when I was advised to come back.

Terrible customer service. Mona is the manager there and she verified absolutely everything with my account and had no reason to put my cheque from my employer for five years on hold. I have my mortgage and rrsp with td and in the future I might just switch to a different bank. Do not do business at that branch.

Dreadful experience with this bank. Scott M. the manager isn't helpful either. He loosely made arrangements with his staff to handle a transaction and then promptly disappeared for the remainder of the day while what he had setup fell apart completely. TD if banking is this comfortable I would hate to see what you consider uncomfortable.

They closed the branch near my house and now I'm finding myself going to this super-slow branch instead. Location is horrible (middle of a mall, so you can't even park close to the branch) and while the staff aren't BAD per se, the lineups are always long and usually out into the hallway back before COVID.

Sara A, snarky and an eye roller, just what you want in a bank customer service associate. They replaced the comfy chair with a guillotine. This bank does not return calls, customer service is non existent. They call it personal banking for a reason, you do everything yourself. My loan agent went on vacation so after waiting a month they got around to doing their job. It cost me an extra $400 in interest and I’d rather pay it than deal with a flat liner like Sara, forget personality this woman doesn’t have a pulse. It always amazes me when people who look like that are arrogant, β€œDon’t you have mirrors in your house?”

I went with my friend to set up a bank account to receive donations for a memorial fund for her children. We were already dealing with a traumatic experience, and the reception at TD was awful. They were not helpful, they did not discuss with us in a private space, but out in front of others, and they were rude, saying that we had to wait for assistance because their staff had to 'take a lunch break' before helping to open an account. I was shocked by the lack of humanity and empathy we received. Luckily we found another bank to help us out, who were compassionate and able to provide support right away without any issues. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Let me preface the review by saying that I am not always easy to serve when I have a frustrating and/or unclear banking situation. With that, the staff at the branch are professional, courteous, and do put in good effort to help me. I'll sometimes have 3-4 people working to address my challenges. So from a customer service perspective alone, I give this branch 4 stars. I deducted a star because I have some grievances in the way TD manages my mortgage. You really need to do your homework to know what's going on and might have to re-live the same issues over and over again with different representatives (I feel for them sometimes because they do want to help). What's worse, is recieving generic feedback with no specifics. Which is understandable but again can be very frustrating at times because its like trusting someone you know doesn't know. But, I'm noticing that these are enterprise system limitations that the Branch cannot directly change/influence/access. Anyways, I've been banking with TD and this branch for over 8 years and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. I also recommend TD to family and friends as I am a fan of their mobile app and web portal capabilities.
