Bon service, personnel courtois et généralement plus rapide que d’autres succursales vu le moindre achalandage.
Good service, courteous staff and generally faster than other branches given the least traffic.

C'est ridicule! On ne peut même pas avoir un représentant du service à la clientèle au téléphone, car il faut mentionner son nom. J'ai l'air de qui pour connaître le nom de personne que je n'ai jamais rencontrée???
It's ridiculous! You can't even have a customer service representative on the phone, because you have to mention their name. Who do I look to know the name of someone I have never met ???

Je reçois que du bon service et je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes avec la caisse desjardins Aylmer. Le personnel est compétent et les services Access D sur très bien réussie.
I receive only good service and I have never had any problems with Aylmer desjardins fund. The staff is knowledgeable and the services access d on very well done.

Ancient ATMs, plus they had no interest in helping me other than telling me to call the totally incompetent 1800 number. They told me this in a haughty, impatient manner.

Be very careful. We were coerced into co-signing a Debt Consolidation loan for my daughter and her ex-husband by a loans officer from this branch that assured us all bills would be paid and their credit cards and lines of credits paid and most importantly closed. We are from Ontario where this is the procedure when getting a Debt Consolidation Loan. Although we repeatedly asked and he repeatedly assured us he would honour our request, it was not until after our daughter's husband had left her, 7 months pregnant and with a 3 year old, had to declare bankruptcy, losing her home and tens of thousands in equity to this same branch. It was only then that we found out he had lied, had not overseen the closure of even 1 account, effectively leaving them with all the credit as well as the Debt Consolidation Loan. We fought them in court, but in Quebec verbal assurances do not break contracts so we were forced to pay. This branch ruined our lives! I would have given 0 stars but you have to give at least 1 to post a comment.

Nothing against this specific branch, but just against the bank in general. It sucks so badly. Opening an account was hassle. Closing an account was a hassle. Everything has a fee and you don't get much of a better deal with those fees. Do yourself a favor and NEVER get an account with Desjardins. They're stuck in the past and need to catch up with the times. I've had business with 3 other banks and they've all been great. Desjardins is easily, and by far, the worst bank around.

The most unprofessional customer service you will find. If you are served by One advisor and for some reason need to be taken cared by another due to absence of the original (for reason that the original advisor is on leave due to maternity,etc), NO ONE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE clients of the original advisor with promptness, urgency, care and professionalism. It took me so long to reach out the person who will takeover my application. It will take several calls, it will take Managers’ attention, it will take a call to complaint department just to be able to reach out to someone in the branch. My ordeal with this branch and probably desjardins as a whole was horrendous. No intention to take in New clients and customers with open arms and willingness to serve. If you are transferred to another advisor, expect you will be ghosted. Expect that you need to call their number several times and leave voicemail several times, CC or include the manager’s email so that they will reply. Even when you include the manager’s email, as a client, you cannot expect a solution to be offered. You need to find your own solution and what’s worst is they consume the deadline and leave your time wasted and not provide you with a solution. This branch based on my experience is not trained professionally on customer service and have no regards to customer’s needs. I don’t know if the management is aware that people are unreachable Majority of the times. Even their customer service agent by the phone had hard time reaching out the branch and directly talk to a specific person. Having a tremendous workload is understandable, but not replying to an email promptly is very unprofessional. I would have not chosen this bank if not from a friend who referred me to his advisor who did a great job. Aminata Yidhadho who unfortunately went on maternity leave was great. Do not deal with this branch! If your time is precious and has urgent need in banking, Look for other banks. You may start having mistrust issue if you deal with this bank.
