Attempted the online chat service for the first time, and was surprised to see that got back to me promptly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been banking with buduchnist for years and my grandparents have been banking with them for decades unfortunately they're Under New Management and now customer service and care has completely gone I tried to cash a check for $500 and now they are holding all of my checks. They're treating me like a complete stranger and I've never had any issue cashing checks previous to this management I'm really disappointed I don't live in the city so driving and collecting my money I have to commute over an hour to This One Bank
