โ โ โ โ โ BEWARE OF ONLINE PURCHASE OF ON SALE ITEMS
Should have paid more attention I guess. Next time it's buyer beware. Ordered a pair (my size) of new Sperry Topsiders but they did not fit when they arrived. It would have been an easy exchange since I live 15 minutes from the store. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO EXCHANGES.

โ โ โ โ โ I waited in line for my turn and the girls in the store were very rude!! I asked for their assistance for what shoe or make best fits a wide foot and the girl said "I don't know depends on what you want" There was actually a customer in the store who answered my question. The sales girl continued to be rude so I left without purchasing anything and will make sure to let others know what to expect from this experience!! Very disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ I don't shop nor pay for items on line... I called the store and they didn't seem to want the sale. I asked to do it over the phone and was told it was better to do it on line. They just gave up a $555.00 (plus tax)order of Mephisto sandals. I will no longer shop there, prior to this I spent at least 500.00 a season. They really should consider their clientele.

โ โ โ โ โ Sales associate was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind.
Disappointingly low selection for menโs shoes, especially casual Finn Comforts. Out of the few pairs that I did like, they didnโt have my size in stock. The sales person said that the stock on their website is the same as in store, so I recommend checking there before visiting the store. New stock for the fall is coming soon apparently.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely rude staff. I tried asking a question and the lady turned around and walked away from me before ever talking to her before and the other one that barely helped looked like she hated her job. Also there's no good deals regardless of their "sale" that they have

โ โ โ โ โ Drove an hour to get here. Model I wanted was not in stock but was on display. Sales woman brought me pair in different model. Felt like they were loose. Asked to try a different size but she refused & brought me another in same size because they are hand tooled. Again asked. For shoes that are over $200 I can decide for myself. At least let me try them on! Nope. Will not shop here again. You have an opinion but I'm the one who wears them and pays for them.

โ โ โ โ โ I went in the store to check availability of a slipper I purchased before and the girl tells me they are on back order and not sure when it will come in. I asked her if I canโt give them my name and number and call me when the order comes in and she told me they canโt do that because it would be to many people to call. What kind of customer service is that? Iโve dealt with higher volume stores who were happy to get the sale. I purchased the same slipper in my size on Amazon. Employees like her are driving customers to Amazon
