★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No drop in rates available. Women's side of the gym had many broken machines and was kind of grungy. Pretty dated looking aesthetically. Would be fine if it was a value gym but cost isn't low for quality of environment. Showers available but didn't seem particularly clean, fee for towel use if you've forgotten your own. The main area of the gym isn't so bad but for the membership cost I wouldn't recommend over any other option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is this is where I needed to be a long time ago. The staff and members are so friendly. On top of that you don't get the sense of a fashion parade. People there are focused and supportive. I'm am happy being there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first went to the gym it used to be called Evolution..then it changed to M fitness new management new changes like more variety of group classes with amazing instructors! They have all the equipment you can need in a gym. Don't know how to use the equiptment there is always someone their to show you how it works..even a stranger you may not know will be kind to show you. Everyone there has a goal, whether it's to lose weight, gain muscles, tone up or to keep active to stay in shape. We have the same mindset when we enter the gym.
I love the energy that everyone brings to that gym. Its great! When I leave the gym I leave with a smile ? and have a great feeling that I have done my workout!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been a member at M Fitness for almost 7 years now and I dont plan on leaving anytime soon. M Fitness offers everything you need in a gym, and more! I would recommend M Fitness to anyone, the staff are always polite, nice, and motivating every time you come to workout. They just added a new section and its amazing! Their protein shakes are so good too.

Their outgoing, knowledgeable and highly motivating staff, and friendly members, make you feel at home the minute you walk through the door.
This newly renovated fitness centre has everything you want to reach your goal, no matter what fitness level you are at.
