My mother in law and I joined this amazing group as a way to keep active during the pandemic - especially indoors during the cold weather. It was everything and more than we could ever expect from a fitness experience! Supportive staff, engaging workouts, and all of the staff have fostered a very inclusive community. I recommend anyone who is interested to make the jump and try it! It’s super flexible, they accommodate your limitations, and you feel good when you come out of every workout, I genuinely couldn’t ask for more!

The LYB program has something for everyone, regardless of where they may be on the fitness spectrum. More importantly, it’s a great community of support while we all work toward attaining our own individual fitness goals. Kate and the coaches are fantastic - knowledgeable, supportive and accessible. There are so many class options (live, recordings) and tons of free tutorials/resources.

Not your average mom and baby workout group! When I moved back to the Ottawa area while on maternity leave I was looking for a place to exercise with my 4 month old in tow, and I hit the jackpot ! Not only are Kate's classes a GREAT workout, she and her trainers have truly built a special community. Even with things having moved online, Kate keeps me in shape (both physically and mentally) through her unreal, baby friendly, time sensitive workouts. Truly an absolute gift! A must check out for any mom's (or non mom's) looking for a great workout.

I had trained with Kate before she started Love Your Body but only just started working out with her and her team again in the last few months. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the approach she takes with her clients. From the physical workouts and emotional support, she has truly helped me move past the 'mommy guilt' and refocus energy on myself. I suffered from debilitating back pain and every since joining LYB, I feel stronger and more comfortable in my own body than I have in years. Thank you Kate and all of your wonderful coaches ❀️

I’m so happy to have found Love Your Body fitness! After having 2 kids & struggling to recover from pelvic organ prolapse, I was unsure about group classes. I’m glad I took a chance! The outdoor workouts have been wonderful. Challenging, accessible, and welcoming. The instructors can adapt the program with ease without making it boring or too easy. I was also encouraged to see a pelvic floor physiotherapist - a great sign! I’ve made so much progress in less than 2 months. From only walking, biking, and lifting 10lbs, to running, jumping, and lifting 30lbs without any increase in prolapse symptoms! I feel so much stronger and have enjoyed the social aspect immensely too.

Super chill gym with a lot of variety in terms of equipment and offerings. I love a good smorgasbord of class times and they deliver in this department. Some early morning times, some late night ones. I did a class this AM and it was small so we got some good feedback from the trainers. Into it and a great location in the heart of Westboro!

Being with LYB for some time really helped me increase my strength levels and energy! Kate is very driven in what she does! She and her team are exceptional! I was in best hands with trainer Sam. She is truly awesome and devoted to getting results her client is looking for! Sam works with you and motivates you to get better with every passing workout session! One of the best gyms in town! Highly recommend LYB to all who are looking to get fit this year!

Kate is incredible! As a person, she's incredibly strong, independent and resilient, and it shows up in everything she does. Kate's classes are dynamic, always different and lots of fun, but what is best is that she has created a fully inclusive community for mums to get together, sweat together, and play together! In times such as these, this is what we most need and something Kate does with grace, ease and humour.
