β β β β β Last year I had significant foot issues which I found out at my first appointment that stemmed from my back. Eli helped me and I would recommend him to anyone. I had wemt to several foot doctors who all said I had to get special shoes and there was nothing they could do. I am happy to report, I am now wearing my regular heels and feeling fantastic. Thank you :) :)

β β β β β I have seen Eli for the last couple years and he has truly helped me. Last year I tore my right rotator cuff and with Eli's help I was able to recover to a functional level quickly and keep working at a pretty physical job. I still see him every 4 to 6 weeks for a tune up. Highly recommend.

β β β β β First Step Physio is outstanding! I've seen many other physiotherapist in the past with no success. After receiving my first session with Eli, I was on the route to recovery immediately. I will never go anywhere else. The receptionist is very friendly and makes delicious complimentary coffee. The clinic is very clean and private.
I highly recommend it!!!!!!!

β β β β β I have nothing but positive things to say about First Step Physio. Eli is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have damaged discs that cause migraines and pain. Eli is the only medical professional that I've seen in the last 10 years who has helped make a significant and lasting improvement to my health and quality of life. Kim is very friendly and hospitable, the offices are clean and modern, and their online booking system is a breeze. Highly recommend!

β β β β β The BEST physiotherapist you will find anywhere! He has saved me from shoulder surgery on a couple of occasions. He is very friendly and professional and is truly passionate about movement and the human body. I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic! Kim at the front desk is lovely to chat with while you wait to start your treatment. Everyone needs an Eli in their life to stay healthy and moving!

β β β β β I had a Hawkins type 2 talus ankle fracture + displacement. Eli did an extraordinary job helping me with my physio. Less than 1 year following the break, I am jogging, walking without a limp and doing everything back to normal. The doctor at the Ottawa civic said my recovery has been possibly the best heβs ever seen. I owe a lot of my recovery to Eli. Thank you. 6/5 stars if I could.

β β β β β Super friendly team, they helped me a lot, I highly recommend Dapne Mercado!! She is using a technique different from others in Ottawa (I've been in 3 different clinics before) and if you are musicians, or play instruments she helps you with posture, I've been super happy with the clinic
