I’m glad I did - it has improved my form and resolved recurrent headaches and numbness in my hands. This place is clean, efficient and the staff is so very friendly. I recently started massage therapy here too and will make that a regular part of my self-care routine. Highly recommend!

She really listens to you which makes all the difference. I highly recommend working with Dr. Higgins not just in times of pain but for your continuing health as well!

The reception weather it be Valerie, Jeremy or one of the many others have always been very friendly and more than helpful to make sure I was comfortable while waiting for my appointment. Ben was great, patient and pushed me just enough to get my leg back to its old self. Extremely professional and courteous! 10/10 would recommend

I was training for the Ottawa marathon and
I had put out my back out, Dr. Kate Higgins was able to get me moving again.
Just when my sessions with her were winding down, I pulled something in my knee at hockey and she was able to assess it during one of my chiropractic appointments and recommended that I see her colleague Ben Tobali, one of the clinics physiotherapists.
After several sessions he was able to guide my recovery and I was able to run my race when it was looking very bleak.
