When we moved to the city, he made visiting the house, the offer and negotiation process with a not-so-easy selling party, inspection, and finalization of the deal absolutely seamless. He then leased the condo I own in Ottawa for me, arranging visits, background checks and lease agreement etc., which again was really smooth. I met Anthony while I was seeing a unit in a building I would end up purchasing in...over a year later. For more than 16 months, Anthony and his team patiently worked with me to find THE property I was looking for. As I sit in my gorgeous new downtown condo, I could not be happier. I was never ever pressured to buy or up my budget, even after we had been working together for a year...they dealt with my pickiness patiently and worked very hard to negotiate prices down for me. Donnelly Team Ottawa Real Estate also handled the sale of my previous home. They were professional and very honest with me - something I really appreciated. They ended up selling my house in less than 24 hours, at asking price!! Plus, I was so tired after months of renovations, and they handled everything with regard to the house sale that I barely had to lift a finger to get the house sold. Honestly it was amazing. I went from a deep mistrust of realtors to recommending Anthony to everyone I know that needs to buy or sell. I really can't say enough about this guy and his team.
