2015 had just started and I was ready for all my New Years resolutions! At the top of the list was Get back in Shape!!! I had surgery on my shoulder in October and lost a lot of muscle. I was pleased to hear Free Form Fitness had arrived in my neighbourhood. I can walk there in 20 minutes and get a fantastic work out in just 30 minutes! The staff are always so helpful and friendly and I always leave there feeling great! Sore but great!

I've been going here for almost 6months now and I couldn't be happier. The trainers are super friendly and help create a personal workout suited to your needs. Highly recommend if you are struggling to meet your workout goals or want to learn proper form

After several years of on and off fitness and two pregnancies back to back, I decided to try a personal trainer. I got two at FFF! They helped me to strengthen my core, be aware of my β€œmom” posture, and perform many strength training metabolic moves effectively instead of injuring myself alone at a generic gym. While I noticed results half way through my summer sessions and am motivated to continue on my fitness and weight loss journey after many years of on and of fitness. A special shout out to Franny who trained me slowly while keeping my range of motion safe as well as dynamic work outs that constantly kept my body guessing. Together we began to notice me get stronger and stronger while loosing inches. Lori was my other trainer and she was excellent at pushing me beyond my fitness thresholds without injuring me as well. Her β€œno nonsense” training method kept me constantly hoping to improve to impress her, which I hope she was/is! This duo started me off on the right foot. I still have a lot more inches and goals to achieve because of my pregnancies, but I will be sure to book them again in the future as I work on my journey. I would like to mention the inclusivity at this gym. Being a mom and out of shape has made me insecure, but this gym has all types of trainers and clients at different levels, so it’s easy to feel included and motivated. Well done FFF! You have a fan for life!

I started at Glebe FFF when things opened up after the pandemic shut-down. I feel very safe from virus spread in the gym with their personal distancing and PPE protocols in place. I'm really enjoying my regular custom training sessions with Josh and, after only a few weeks, am starting to notice results. I highly recommend Glebe FFF.

I used to have a hard time consistently going to the gym. At FFF-Glebe its definitely been different - I enjoy working out and have been sticking with it for about 1.5 years. The trainers make it such a different gym experience; Ian has helped me stay motivated and comfortable while training. I have definitely seen an improvement in myself physically and mentally.

I've worked for over a year, typically three times a week, with two wonderful trainers. Patrick and Ian have both motivated & supported me by designing creative, well-structured and theory-based individualized sessions. Splitting a five day a week plan with my wife has allowed us to maintain a great schedule at the best rate. Part of what I love about working with a trainer is safely working around old injuries while accelerating growth. Through this personally designed program I feel I've achieved new levels of strength and health I didn't think possible now half way through my 40s. I find weight lifting enjoyable on its own. That said, having the assurance of a second set of eyes along and the effective direction of a trainer has offered me an excellent and truly awesome place in which I can develop myself as a person. What an enjoyable part of my week. Thanks guys! I've seen Joey, another dedicated trainer, to experience a great compliment to training, FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy). I have found it to be very beneficial as I regain mobility and want to maintain structural balance throughout.

I've been going to Glebe FFF since they opened Jan 02, 2015. I like the fact it isn't like a big gym. It's private personal training. Friendly knowledgeable trainers that become your friends. Having that training appointment makes sure you go the gym. Seeing a friendly face when you get there makes a difference. With FFF it's not just about exercise, it's about nutrition, life style, the whole package. They want to be part of team to make you healthier. They have been supporting me through illness, surgery, and a broken bone. I support them too.
