L	Luis Cano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time having dinner with friends in here, the food was very good, I ordered a kamikaze burger with hotter than hell sauce, I really recommend it, funny thing and please guy check your menu cuz in the drinks area doesn't specify which one is with alcohol and wich is not and I ordered an Arnold (or something like that) I didn't know that there was alcohol in it, it's all good I just don't drink but just a heads up to don't have problems eventually with people, other than that, great place, thanks guys, also the stuff super great evening on point, :)

He came back and forth 3 time to let me that beer is not available. Business is not clear. We are vegetarian so When we order burgers ?, strong beef smell was in our burgers. I show in kitchen during walking by to washroom that they don't use separate girll for vegan or vegetarian person. What a point of having it ??. Train your service staff property.

The onion rings were fried to perfection and I apologize for the photo with the non existing burger. Lol It looked amazing and when I took a bite, I only realized that I didn't take a photo when I was done. Haha Great to hang out with friends. First date, great to impress. All COVID precautions were being taken.

I came at a time with a new chef so the food took longer than usual. If I weren't in a rush for my meetings, I would have enjoyed my time here more. Nonetheless, food quality is pretty good and staff has been nice!

It appears that they've decided to ignore my complaint, even with photos. Acting like this didn't happen won't fix the problem) Went here for lunch today after some Christmas shopping on Richmond Rd. After being sat and ordering our drinks 2 waters were brought to our table. After taking a small sip the person I was with noticed not only was the glass dirty, but it was full of food debris! Gross. Told the manager that we wanted to leave and they said, no problem it was probably the dishwasher who missed it. However, im surprised there was no accountability, and how a server could not look at the item being dropped off at the table and equally fill up a water glass and be clueless. See pictures to be shocked.
A	Alex L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to love this place but had a bad experience last weekend. Most of the burgers we received, after waiting for more than an hour, were severely undercooked. The kitchen staff were adamant that the burgers were cooked correctly and up to their standards. Will not be returning if this is the "new" standards.
