★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intense pressure tactics were used while renewing my mortgage. The advisor mocked my husband and I with the decision we made despite the fact that we just didn't have the income at the time to afford certain other products. It was awful! I left shaking and angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tale of two experiences. Went to open a couple of accounts, which I clearly explained which ones I wanted. The person ended up opening two wrong types of accounts for me. When I found this out, went to the counter where the teller was fantastic. He straightened everything out for me and made sure I had what I wanted before I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Longggg waits when more than one client in bank. Most staff polite.. one not so much! There may be 3-4 staff at teller windows, but only 1 seems to be helping clients( mornings)
