★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't sure what time they closed last Saturday and got there with minutes to spare. I told the supervisor guarding the door that I wasn't going to be"that guy" and that I'd come back the next day. She invited me in and I got to finish rebuilding my drain that day rather than the next.

Manager did not even attempt to open original box and inspect item.At that point I left item at the store and ask them to reconsider and return my money.Item was ordered online and they have all info they needed to do refund.
When I called a week latter to enquire about return status, manager Mark told me that they found snow on the item and therefore there is no obligation to issue a refund on used item.
Needless to say that because of 79 $ item store lost a customer( and probably few more) forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les Galleries D’ Aylmer has been an funny little mall over the years. I haven’t seen a mall undergo so many changes and particularly relocation of various businesses. Canadian Tire moved, the TD bank has moved and of course Home Hardware recently as well. In any case they are trying to improve this mall and it’s really not all that bad. It serves the area well. Home Hardware has enough products to satisfy your needs. ?☺️
