★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to reiterate a huge reliability issue previously mentioned by others. I called them a month ago and was told they will do the job in 2 weeks and never happened. Called again 2 weeks and was told the same but no one showed up. I contacted them the 3rd time today and was told they had issue with a truck and it will be another 2 weeks without even apologizing. The lady on the phone was unhelpful and showed disregard to the concerns and that I already waited a month. If they have an issue they should contact those waiting to let them know they can not honour their commitment. Poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely nice guys who came to fix my screen door that had been torn from my dog, they were fast, efficient, and were able to arrive in leave in under 30 minutes with flawless work! would highly recommend this company. (They also have very good prices for repairs and are even super friendly with your dog if you have one)

Marc was prompt, personable, and extremely good at what he does.
He replaced the screen and adjusted and lubed the wheels on my sliding kitchen door.
He really seemed to care about his work and and did such a good job that the first time I opened it I almost shot the door onto my neighbour's porch it moved so easily.
Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog, Maya, had serious separation issues as I am her third Mom and she is only five years old. She is also a 95 lb. Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees. My screens were badly torn as she jumped up to find me when I was out. She can now quietly stay on her own for three hours, but, I didn't want to take any chances when I had my screens repaired. I purchased the doggie proof screen option and it has been worth it. The screen is a bit darker, but, not enough to make a difference. I highly recommend the Screenmobile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very prompt service. I contacted TheScreenmobile.ca via their website and received an email the next business day. Sam arrived on time and rescreened my patio door, you can no longer tell cats fought through the door. He also fixed the door so it closes properly now, I had given up on it ever doing that - the door looks better than when I bought the place 10 years ago. Highly recommend.
