I walked away not feeling much better but with her reassurance that I should be better within a week if I followed her instructions: cold compresses every 4 hours etc. An acquaintance recommended I see an Osteopath. I found Dileep Karah in Alymer and fortunately for me I was able to get an appointment the next day. I walked away from his treatment feeling almost 100% fixed.
Dileep's treatment was wholistic, comprehensive and painless. I am so amazed at what he was able to accomplish in just 1 1/2 hours. I highly recommend Osteopathy for any ailments related to the structural body and I highly recommend Dileep Karah as the one to administer this wonderful healing art.

I've been pain free for months now ; I'm able to seat down for as long as I want with no pain, I"m able to bike for hours with no pain either.
I'm very confident sending my friends and family to him.
