★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are awesome we messed around with wipers from Canadian Tire and ended up buying through Napa. The staff were so friendly when I showed up and even installed them for me at no cost would highly recommend great products and great staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ran in to get some parts for my fathers car and needed help with the 10 minutes it would have taken them to install. Instead, I was met with a “we don’t do any installs here” and was sent on my way. Customer service was atrocious. Front desk lady needs to learn to smile.

These two individuals continually go above and beyond the call of duty. The service we receive from Napa High River is above any customer experience I’ve come across in my life. Whatever you’re paying them it’s not enough. From getting me out of a bind to always being a friendly familiar voice on daily orders. I am forever greatful for all you guys do for the community.
