Awoke Saturday late morning to a flat tire on my truck. After phoning around,
the Assistant Mgr, Tyler borrowed a portable airtank to re-inflate the tire.
Unfortunately this did not work. I dismounted the tire & returned to the store with the tank & tire in a borrowed car.
As all tire technicians were occupied, Tyler gave the tire a going over to discover the valve core was faulty. He quickly replaced the faulty valve core, confirmed the tire was again holding pressure & I was able to be out the door in about 15 mins all at N/C.
Again, an excellent customer service experience.
I will be coming back to Fountain Tire in High River, AB

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my Jeep here to have the tires rebalanced and some of the weights fell off within a week (all highway driving). We took it back to have it redone and again weights fell off within a week. Huge waste of money. The staff was polite, but we wouldn’t go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such good people. 110% helpful and friendly. I had a minor but important (to me), problem with a low front tire just as I was heading out for some winter camping. After failing to successfully add air at 2 service stations I headed straight for the experts who after listening to my heartbreaking ?? story were able to help me out, allowing me to continue on. Many thanks ??
