Country - Chrysler - High River

When driving to High River for my sons hockey game my 2021 Dodge big horn broke down as I pulled off of Highway 2. stranded on the side of the road with my wife and two kids at 4:46pm on a Friday I didn’t know what to do. We called the nearest Dodge dealership which was in high River and within five minutes Scott and his mechanic showed up to a broke down truck with code reader and computer in the mechanics hand. Apparently before coming to our rescue Scott called enterprise in Okatoks to make sure somebody would be there to help us with a vehicle. Scott drove my daughter and myself to okatoks in his own personal vehicle to make sure he can get us there in time so we can get a rental.The branch manager at enterprise stayed until almost 6 o’clock when they close at five. Chrysler Canada dispatched a tow truck that would’ve taken 2 1/2 hours to get to us, Scott managed to use one of his own trucks to tow my truck to the garage. His mechanic stayed until almost 7 o’clock working outside in the parking lot on my truck.Scott was texting us consistently over the weekend to make sure we were OK and if there’s anything else he or his workers can do for us. I picked my truck up on Monday afternoon and set out on the 9 Hour Drive back home to Fort Mcmurray. Scott text me and called periodically to make sure our drive is going smooth and that there is no issues with the truck. Scott is not just the owner or a salesman he’s one of the hard to find real people that really want to help you in your time of need. I will be making the drive down to high RiverTo purchase our next vehicles from Scott and any other person that I can find looking for a new vehicle will be getting sent to high River I would rather make the 9 Hour Drive to high River, stay in a hotel and deal with somebody that actually cares about you and your family more so than a paycheck. I’ll can’t thank you enough Scott you and your staff will have a spot in our hearts forever.

My daughter recently purchased her first car from Josh and Eugene at Country Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep. Every facet of the purchasing experience was exceptional! Josh was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was completely transparent about its history. We were provided with the CARFAX report along with the Mechanical Fitness Assessment. Eugene went above and beyond in ensuring the minor repairs that we agreed upon were completed to the highest standards within a reasonable timeframe. Josh and Eugene made this once in a lifetime experience extra special for my daughter, complete with a bow on vehicle pick up day. Eugene stated that they, "do things differently here" than in the city. My family can personally attest to that. Five star service!!! Well worth the drive from NW Calgary. I have been getting my van services here for years and know I will always get expert and honest diagnostics of what needs to be done at a fair price. They don’t try to fix things that don’t need fixing or replacing, which I have found at several other places. I recently had some oil leaking and they drove all the way to my home in Calgary to check it out and fix it!!!

Best dealership around. I drove from Calgary to get my servicing and parts done here at country! The staff is always friendly and always provide a high level of customer service. I have been a customer at Country Chrysler for 17 years purchasing 3 vehicles, 2 brand new and I a lease return after 1 year. I first went to the dealership for service because I was unsatisfied with a shop near my house and Highriver Dodge was recommended by a friend. I work out of town and was very happy that the service department would look after my late wife's van and jeep with no hassles or fibbing. I know it's a little more money at the dealership than a backyard mechanic but you get what you pay for and piece of mind is priceless. I have been very happy with this dealership especially the service department, when things have not been perfect the manager has gone out of his way to make it right. The parts department has sent me parts to the Yukon to fix my truck at a much cheaper cost than what I would pay in Whitehorse.

I've been getting my cars serviced at Country Chrysler for the last 12 years or more and have always been satisfied with the service. I bought my last two cars at Country Chrysler, in 2013 and 2021, knowing I would be taken care of. Scott Caron was very helpful with my latest problems, which was greatly appreciated. Even though I am not a resident of High River, I will continue to go to Country Chrysler for my service.

Amazing service by a great team at this dealership. Truck battery died in town and not only did they have the part at a great price, but they came out picked me up from my location, took me to the dealership and brought me back to the vehicle.
