Chinook Truck and Auto - High River

Old facility and I got ripped off. Pd 1200 for a car that died 5months later. Will never deal with them again!

Do not buy here. Bought a truck, with an inspection from them. Turns out the truck needed about 4-5 grand in engine work. Get an outside inspection before buying here.

Bought a motorhome from this place. From a guy named Connor. He said everything inside the motorhome worked and was top notch. I trusted him. It’s a dealership right? NOT SO. Drove it back to BC. Had to fill up halfway back because it was going through fuel so quickly. Was only 2 hours. Well it was leaking fuel out the generator. Thanks Connor. Had it serviced at an RV place in Cranbrook before we took it out camping. Had a propane leak. That was very dangerous. The RV place said that it should have never been sold in this condition. Tha is Connor. They were shocked it was from a ‘dealer’. When we bought it, it didn’t have a working fridge. But they would replace it the next day before I took it. Called me the next day and said the second fridge didn’t work either. But they were looking for another one. Had to wait another 3 days. And lost out on work shifts because of it. Soooo, the fridge...that they put in....is a recall!!!!! Thanks Connor. What the hell. So am getting it replaced right now. Well, the idiots at chinook truck and auto propped the fridge up on 2 x 4’s. Which is illegal. Because carbon monoxide can enter your sleeping area and kill you. Again the RV place here is shocked that this Chinook Truck and Auto sold it in this condition. Thanks Connor. You piece of #%*€. And guess what. I’ve tried contacting this dealer and, yup, you guessed it. They ignore me, won’t call me back. Am seriously thinking about suing them. DO NOT Buy from this dealer/this person. Oh almost forgot. On our camping trip, turns out that the toilet leaked too. So, as you can imagine, that was fun. Many other little issues too. Which was fine. I’m just super angry that they put us in many different Dangerous situations. If I could give them zero or negative stars I would.

I just wanted to leave a little thank you to these guys for the work done to my Car. There's not a lot of people I trust with my baby and these guys took good care of her... Walking onto that lot truly brought back a lot memories of tinkering on the classics with my pops, you sure don't see that kind of selection anymore. I got them to do a quick oil change and replace a few odds and ends and I gotta say the price was truly fair compared to what I've been quoted elsewhere. I'm always checking when I drive by to see if there's a new classic hiding somewhere. The building could use a little updating but its not really a deal breaker. LOL Thanks for helping me out Ted, will be back! :D
