I was so nervous about shopping for a new vehicle. I was doing this all alone with some guidance from my dad. It’s such a huge purchase to take on and I really felt so overwhelmed with moving forward with it. I almost cancelled my appointment with Mark, but I am so thankful I didn’t. I work a lot. My schedule is ridiculous and I may have secretly hoped that would dissuade Mark from even wanting to make arrangements to meet and help me. Wrong. He was beyond accommodating with my schedule and my wants/needs in a vehicle. From the moment I stepped in to Gan Chev he was friendly, understanding and most importantly to me, he wasn’t talking down to me and I never felt like he was trying to steamroll me. He was patient with this being a new experience for me to be doing this on my own. He even spoke to my dad on the phone numerous times to put everyone’s mind at ease and allow him to ask questions. The financing was a breeze and Warren was also someone who went above and beyond in regards to making me feel comfortable every step of the way. I had a small window where I could pick up my new vehicle and Mark made sure he was available to me. I’ve had questions since buying the vehicle, mostly about the more tech side of things that are new to me in a vehicle. Mark replies in a timely manner and always answers everything I ask. He’s made sure that I know that he is still here to help me, whether that’s arranging future oil changes, making sure my vehicle will be picked up and a loaner sent to me as I work so much and rely on having a vehicle every single day. I can’t say enough about Mark and how above and beyond he went for me. If you’re looking for an honest, friendly, patient and there for you start to finish and beyond salesman, I highly recommend Mark. Thank you for taking a nerve wracking experience and putting me right at ease from the moment I walked through the doors. I’m so happy I went with Gan Chev and am thrilled with my new vehicle.

I cannot thank Rick and his crew at Gan Chev enough for the excellent service they have provided me with. My vehicle was floated to Gan Chev with a check engine light on they performed a diagnostic and it confirmed my vehicle needed spark plugs. The problem was delt with in a timely manner and Rick kept me updated with all information I needed. All in all it ended up being a good experience, was a bit of a rough start but turned out good! Ended up getting a good deal on the truck I was looking at and shout out to 3 gentleman that helped me with purchasing this truck and even having it deleived right to my door. Had a leaky tired repaired and it was super painless!

Cannot even begin to express how amazing Mark is I found the vehicle of our dreams and mark went beyond to get me it with the help from Trent They are both amazing and excellent to deal with and kept lines of communication open at any hours! Will always recommend to anyone that mentions they want to purchase a vehicle.
