★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It said touch less car wash...not so much, it’s the old fashioned kind with the big rolling brushes, we would not have used this car wash if we had known as we have (or should I say had) a bug deflector on the front of the hood. When we exited the wash, we headed up the street to subway for lunch where we noticed that the bug deflector was missing when we stepped out of the vehicle, we also noticed that the car was not at all clean. So we headed back and there it was stuck under the exit door. We went into the Gananoque Inn to ask them to open the door so we could retrieve it which we did and found it to be damaged. When asked what they were going to do about that, they said “nothing, that’s your responsibility”. They did however refund the price of the car wash. I would say it is the car wash owners responsibility to be honest about what is on offer and when it turns out to be a lie, they should come good for damages, or at the very least have offered an apology, none of which were forthcoming from the individual who opened the door. If I could give negative points I would.
