★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to becareful with dealing with these representatives, they make representations on behalf of buyers and sellers without actually obtaining consent. Their conduct creates a very difficult relationship in a transaction. In short they add no value for the income they earn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom listed her home with this company and they didn't give her any paperwork or couldn't be bothered to show her home. Explained that they have office staff that do this. Would not return calls once signed up with them. Never had any open houses either. No listings found on internet just under their website. Dont understand how they expect to sell a home without publicizing it. Would definitely NOT recommend this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an old church through Gerry Hudson a couple of months ago. Most agents can't be bothered spending their time on such low-priced properties, in my experience, but Gerry put in as much time and energy on the sale as if it was a million dollar property. I met him around 3pm and he took me to 3 churches for sale that day, never rushing me. We didn't finish writing up my offer until midnight! He gave me good advice on writing my offer and explained everything on the many forms patiently. I wish I'd taken a video of him ringing the church bell that day! Gerry is ethical and he goes the extra mile. He's called me a few times since to see how things are going, so I'd say he really cares about his clients, and not just about money like some agents. Thanks, Gerry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Mark as our agent. He was very friendly, caring, honest and genuinely wanted what was best for our family. He was always available when we needed him. Our search wasn’t easy but we wouldn’t of been able to find our new home without him. I would recommend him to anyone needing a great agent! I’d give him more than five stars if I could.
