★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think even when working for the seller and buyer who are unable to leave Ontario to come and view the property in Alberta due to the covid outbreak it would have been nice for Donna George to have been more transparent as to the condition and work that this property needs as being seniors with a limited budget we relied on the agent to be as honest as possible regarding the condition also the smell that seems to be present on certain days that drifts in and almost gags you if we had been told all this we would have passed on this property. And on our arrival after 5 days on the road surprised we where handed the keys outside and a quick acknowledgement and that's it no further contact has occurred we have never had that happen before the agent has entered the property with us, and called a few times checking on how things are settling. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hi Donna, just replying to your answer to our review, you mentioned about high river we consciously chose high river because of its beauty and, friendly people, small town living we have no problem with high river our review was nothing to do with that, the fact you didn't inform us that a sewage lift was less than a block away from the property and, the smell that resonates from it daily that just being outside makes you want to gag and the property needing more work than we anticipated as not being able to view it beforehand due to covid.

She arranged for photos to be taken that were beautifully displayed with a generous and well written description of the home. Although the market was down a bit when we listed, the property sold for close to what we wanted! We loved our home and it was very hard to leave it. With the Realtor experience Donna has and local market awareness, combined with personal and attentive communication she maintains throughout a sale, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to a potential buyer/seller. In fact, we even suggested her to another individual just recently and they were very happy with the outcome!
