★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tricia was our realtor when we bought our second home and sold our first home. We had a very long and ambitious list for what we wanted in a home, which we knew would be difficult to find in a small town. Tricia did an excellent job and found us our forever home. She guided us through the purchasing and selling processes, patiently answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to track us down when we had an offer on our house and happened to be out of the country on vacation!
