★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with the delivery of our new motorhome today at 1000 Islands RV Centre was very smooth and flawless, from the minute we left our trade-in vehicle, until Garnett finished with the in-vehicle orientation.
We have been very happy with the service in general. Kim, our salesman, Jeff, the manager, and Lannea, business manager have all been professional and very helpful throughout our visits. Thank you to the entire team.

Update 26/04/2022: Removing one star for now. When I picked up my RV I noticed that it was taken out of storage with the cover still on. My very expensive and brand new cover was damaged in the process. Waiting for a resolution and will update when I get one
Update 16/05/2022: Removing another star since I have not received any update from 1000 islands RV on the damage they did to my brand new cover. I have also contacted them about a slow leak I've been having since day one on one of the RV tire....no response.
Update 19/05/2022: Re-adding one star as I got a satisfying response to help deal with the issues I was having.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brett was AWSOME! He found us the perfect camper for our family! Can't say enough about him. He was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable and confident in picking the right one for us. He even came in on a Sunday on his day off to show us the one we picked.?
The financial lady was HORRIBLE! She was extremely rude and belittling and very high on herself (Trust me, nothing to be high about!)
The experience with the financial lady almost made us walk away from the deal. ?
I would recommend 1000 Island rv center to anyone and would do business with them again. I just hope they find a new financial lady.
I am giving them a 5 star on every one there except finance. She would get minus stars for sure!!!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed some warranty work and other inspections i wanted performed before the camping season started. I did not purchase my trailer from this dealer, but that made little difference to the service department - the work was performed promptly and proffessionaly. I was called before extra work was undertaken (bathroom skylight needed replacement). My trailer was at the facility for less than one week. When i picked it up, i had problems with my truck connection and got assistance from several technicians to help me, greatly recucing my stress. Great service, great people. I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a Tab 400 Nu Camp this month after my brother in law recommended this centre. The service was top notch. It began with Clara who went above and beyond in her sales role and really knows RVs. She even took the time to call and warn us about an impending snow storm while en route for a showing. With her call we decided to turn around and come home. Aja is super efficient and organized and shines in her management role. Garnet is a camper himself and got down on his knees to teach us the "ins and outs" of our new camper. Fiona shines in her new role and advised us well on what items we require for a smooth camping trip. And last, but not least, Estelle has a welcoming disposition and I'm quite certain a warm smile (under her mask) and kept it all together to make our first camper purchase experience delightful. I highly recommend 1000 Islands RV Centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought our construction trailers from 1000 Islands RV and were always pleased. Kim Smith was a pleasure to deal with and an absolute sales professional. He was so helpful. The Manager in the RV supply store personally helped us and her staff were awesome too. We bought what we immediately needed to keep our trailer locked up to avoid thefts which is now a huge issue. She kindly gave us a catalog for our order we are compiling for our new trailer. We highly recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought our fifth wheel from here without even seeing it in person (as we are way up on Manitoulin Island) did it all over the phone, and the team here was great ! Made everything smooth and easy from the beginning to end. Great people to deal with, so helpful on pickup day. They have a great teamwork atmosphere, as multiple staff members stopped by to help us hitch up and see us off. Such a nice experience and we are very happy with our new RV ! Thanks again 1000 islands rv, it was totally worth the drive down! ?
