He answered my many questions and responded quickly he made the experience near stress less considering I couldn’t physically look at the trailers. David was very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone buying a trailer.I think I dealt with Al in Edmonton when I picked up the trailer and he was also awesome to deal with. Nothing but good to say about the whole crew.

The trailer seems well built.
The bad:
The buying experience was not good.
4 week delivery on an inventoried item.
I realize there was some highway issues, but don’t say one week if it’s going to be four weeks.
Had to pay a down payment then had to pay in full before product would be shipped to their local distributor.
Then a surprise shipping fee was added after I had paid the invoice in full.
Truly disappointed in not being advised there would be additional fees after the invoice was paid in full.

They gave me a very fair price and great service, including holding my trailer for a while when I was delayed in the pick up. Customer service and advice was top-notch, and the buying experience was great. I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the helpful insights Michael provided on the options and pros/cons of the equipment. After checking out the same or similar units from competition I decided to come back and buy my trailer from them as the price was great and the level of confidence the FOT team seem to have in their trailers and service made me very comfortable. I would recommend working with Michael Gibb and FOT any time.

He helped me find the suitable suspension upgrades I was looking for, as well as some other components that fit the trailer perfectly. The trailer itself has had constant use with some heavy loads since and it has exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found All Parts Trailer through an internet search & found a cargo trailer we wanted, called & spoke to Harry. He said come on out & look at it. To our surprise they are open Saturdays, others aren't. GOOD. They had what we wanted & brought it home. Noticed a few minor issues & made arrangements to bring back to address them. GOOD. Upon dropping trailer off they had a better trailer we wanted. GOOD. Spoke to Harry & he worked his pencil for us. We ended up trading in our 1 week old trailer for the one we REALLY want. We are 5 of 5 happy thanks to Harry & Mark. I will defiantly recommend them and have already.
